Brief Introduction
MAS3015single axis MEMS accelerometer sensor is one type of high performance vibration monitoring sensor base on MEMS technologies. It has two types: MAS3015A and MAS3015B, MAS3015A adopts 12V power supply, and MAS3015B adopt 5V power supply,it is specially designed for seismic monitor and vibration monitoring.
